Care Instructions

• Before first use:  Submerge in boiling water for 5 minutes.  After sterilizing, remove the teether from the water immediately to let it cool - cooling the teether in boiling water can lead to scale buildup, making it appear dull.
• Daily Cleaning: Wash with mild liquid soap and warm running water.
• Deep Clean: Place in a strainer and pour boiling water over it, but don't boil repeatedly.

What to Avoid

• Dishwasher and Sterilizers: Because the teethers are made from natural rubber, they are not dishwasher-safe. Do not use dishwashers or sterilizers, as these can damage the natural rubber material.
• Freezing: Avoid freezing, as it damages the rubber. 

Replacement & Inspection

Check for stickiness, peeling, or damage. Replace the teether if signs of wear appear. 

Natural Colour Changes

Choosing a natural product means each teether will vary slightly in colour. This is purely aesthetic and does not impact the functionality of the product. Due to the natural properties of the material, natural rubber teethers can sometimes get a milk white film or cloudiness. While this is most often attributed to heat, there are a number of environmental changes that can cause the material to “cloud”.  The good news is that clouding is completely harmless.  

Natursutten teethers can naturally darken with use due to the absence of chemicals and antioxidants. This colour change is expected and indicates the product's natural composition.
