If you need to return an item, any Acorn points you used for that purchase will be lovingly returned to your account as part of your refund.

At the same time, any Acorn points earned from the returned item will be gracefully deducted from your balance, keeping everything in balance as we continue this journey together.

However no full priced brands or products are excluded from our loyalty points program.

When you’re ready to redeem, simply click on the Rewards widget at the bottom left of the screen, sign into your account, and if you have enough Acorns, you’ll see the option to redeem next to your chosen reward. You’ll receive a special code to enter in the discount box at checkout.

Acorn Loyalty Points will be credited to your account 48 hours after your purchase. This allows us time to carefully process and dispatch your order, while also giving you the opportunity to make any amendments or cancellations if required.

To make sure your Acorns grow, please place your order using the same email address you used when signing up for the Acorns Rewards Program.

Just a gentle little note to keep things harmonious: rewards can’t be applied after purchase, and Acorns naturally belong to the account where they first took root, and can not be transferred between accounts.

Due to the non-refundable payment processing fees we are charged, and the admin time involved, we do not refund postage to combine orders where customers place multiple consecutive orders so they can use discount codes and redeem points.

So it's important to us that the way we do things feels kind, sustainable, and fair - not just for our customers, but for us too.

Free shipping on orders over £50 is calculated after any discount codes or Acorn Loyalty Point redemptions have been applied.

To enjoy this gift of free shipping, your order total will need to be £50 or more once these thoughtful savings are taken into account.

Our referral programme is a simple way to share our shop with friends and family who may enjoy discovering it too.

When you log into your loyalty account, you’ll find your personal referral link to share with others. If someone uses your link to place their very first order with us, they’ll receive a £5 welcome coupon to use towards their purchase.

As a thank you, you’ll receive 500 loyalty points added to your loyalty account once their first order has been completed using their referral coupon.

Please note that referral rewards are available for new customers only, so the referred friend must be placing their first order with us for the reward to apply.

As a small family business, we carefully review referrals to ensure the program is being used as intended and in a fair and genuine way. This offering has been created thoughtfully and generously for our community, and we kindly ask that it is used with honesty and care.

The Acorn Loyalty Program is a points-based program run by Little Acorns to Mighty Oaks, whereby customers can sign up for an account and earn points by interacting with us on social media and making purchases from our online store.

Any Acorn reward points earned are non-transferable to other users or accounts and have no cash or monetary value. Points can not be rewarded retro-actively, to earn points you must use the email address you registered when signing up for the program. Points are non-transferable between accounts or individuals.

Little Acorns to Mighty Oaks reserve the right at our sole discretion, to modify, add or delete all or any portion of these Terms, benefits, Points or Rewards, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, the value of the rewards and/or the time for redemption. If the Program is terminated or the Member’s account is closed, any remaining earned Points will be forfeited.

Little Acorns to Mighty Oaks reserves the right to withhold, deny or cancel any Acorn Loyalty Points and/or terminate your account if there is any suspected abuse of the program. For example; failure to follow terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or any unauthorized use of acorn rewards. The misuse of Acorn Points, credits, vouchers, codes or coupons may result in the deactivation of a membership and account.

Little Acorns to Mighty Oaks reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Acorns Rewards Program at its sole discretion. Any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Little Acorns to Mighty Oaks may result in account deactivation and revocation of Acorn Rewards points. This will affect eligibility for further participation.

If an account is terminated or otherwise cancelled for reasons outlined above or otherwise, all Acorn Reward Points will automatically expire.
