How our back-in-stock notifications work….

If an item is shown as 'Coming Soon' on our website, this means that it is on order and will be restocked as soon as we receive our delivery. You can sign up for back in stock email notifications directly on the page of the product you would like to purchase.

When a product is restocked, we send notifications to the same number of people as there are items available rather than notifying everyone at once. We start with those who joined the waiting list earliest, if after a period of time stock remains, more people on the list will be notified to match the number of items that remain in stock and so on until the list is complete or all stock is sold.

If more stock becomes available later, we continue through the list in the same way. If the available stock sells out before we reach your place, you won’t receive a notification for that particular restock. This simply means there wasn’t enough stock to reach everyone on the list.

We’ve chosen this approach to avoid the rush that can happen when hundreds of people are notified at the same time, for only a small amount of items, only for them to sell out within minutes. It gives everyone a fairer opportunity and creates a calmer experience around restocks.

The good news is that you don’t need to keep rejoining the list. Your place is held, and when more stock becomes available, we’ll continue working through the list from where we left off. We know it can be disappointing to miss something you’ve been waiting for, but we hope this approach makes restocks feel a little more considered and less like a race.
