The Grimm’s Mobile Home – Blue & Green is a versatile wooden doll’s house created for children who love storytelling, role play and imaginative small world adventures. Handcrafted in Europe from sustainable lime wood and coloured with non-toxic, water-based stains, it offers an eco-friendly alternative to plastic toys while beautifully supporting creative, open-ended play.
These little house fit together like a puzzle and unpacks to reveal a table, two benches, a set of shelves, and oven/sink, 3 little beds and 2 blanket/mats. The 14 pieces are held together by an felt cover and the mobile home is easily transportable with two cotton cords. The children can carry it to their friends, the restaurant or in summer in a park for playing.
The calming blue and green tones are inspired by nature and reflect Waldorf-inspired values of simplicity and harmony. With no flashing lights, sounds or fixed layout, children are free to build their own narratives and scenarios.
