Founded by Volker and Sabine Senger in rural Germany, the company grew from a desire to create distinctive, imaginative characters rather than mass-produced toys.

Each animal is made with care in Senger’s own sewing workshop in Latvia, where skilled craftspeople combine traditional sewing expertise with an appreciation for detail, form and quality.
