As Ostheimer's sea lion pup, my world is filled with wonder and curiosity. I spend my days on the sandy beaches, nestled close to my mother who keeps me warm and safe. Her gentle nudges and the sound of her voice are my comfort as I learn the ways of our colony. Every day, I grow stronger and more adventurous, practicing my flippers' movements and mimicking the older sea lions.
