Geertje Kapteijns is a visual artist from Dordrecht, the Netherlands. Her creative journey was shaped by motherhood and the rhythms of Waldorf education, inspiring her to start drawing on blackboards when her eldest child began school. Childhood memories of teachers turning lessons into living pictures sparked her passion. She creates blackboards that celebrate the seasons and bring stories to life with gentle, expressive art.
