This stunningly beautiful open-ended wooden toy can be used in a myriad of ways to challenge the mind and inspire creativity.

The pieces of this building set are enormous, and have to be seen to be believed. Pull out your tape measure to get an idea of the dimensions of this giant set 44.5cm x 44.5cm

Besides endless ways for building simple foundations, walls, fences, stalls as well as houses, towers and castles, these blocks are an exciting way for children to discover the world of numbers and learn the colour sequence of the rainbow! Through tactile touch, each number can be counted by feeling with the hands.

Make the size of the numbers visible: Two small turquoise blocks are as high as one dark green block, and two dark green blocks are as high as one yellow block, and so on. By building and playing with these blocks, children develop fine motor skills and spatial thinking skills. 100 building blocks in a wooden frame.

Materials: lime wood, non-toxic water based color stain/non-toxic plant based oil finish.

Size: frame 44,5cm, single blocks 4cm thickness, height 1-10cm.

Please note: as Grimm's uses non-lacquered wood, some paint transfer can occur during play. This is considered normal. Non-lacquered wood has a lovely texture - the rough texture of the stained wood is not only an important tactile sensory experience for children, but those rough surfaces makes it possible to build in many different ways, because the parts do not slide down so easily as the wood surface is still natural and not covered with a layer of bright enamel; however if you are concerned about paint transfer we suggest you purchase another item that is lacquered to be on the safe side.

Please note that this item is not available for dispatch to NI, Channel Islands or Highlands postcodes.
