The pieces of this building set are enormous, and have to be seen to be believed. Pull out your tape measure to get an idea of the dimensions of this giant building set, approximately 17 x 17 inches and 2 inches deep!
Children are able to create beautiful buildings, castles, scenes and landscapes with the Grimm's Stepped Pyramid Building Blocks, the set include 100 building blocks in square and rectangular shapes which come together to form a rainbow pyramid in a wooden frame. The tallest blocks are 20cm high.
Reduced in colour to the natural hues of beautiful alder wood and geometric in shape, our new step pyramid clearly directs the focus on free construction and building and complements wonderfully our GRIMM‘S world with its iconic design. Please note: as Grimm's uses non-lacquered wood, some paint transfer can occur during play. This is considered normal. Non-lacquered wood has a lovely texture - the rough texture of the stained wood is not only an important tactile sensory experience for children, but those rough surfaces makes it possible to build in many different ways, because the parts do not slide down so easily as the wood surface is still natural and not covered with a layer of bright enamel; however if you are concerned about paint transfer we suggest you purchase another item that is lacquered to be on the safe side.
